Now, a little more about each of us...

	Jed Phillips - Owner and Manager Jed, began his education in production and artistry when attending the theatre program at Guelph University where he met and married Jane.  Scene painting, special effects, productions and deadlines were all part of the experience. Jed worked as the Customer Service Manager in the Marketing department of a multinational steel company. A move to Grey-Bruce included the beginning of Concept Signs & Marketing. Jed has experienced over 25 exciting years in the ever-changing sign business.
	Jane Phillips - Jane received her B.A. in Theater from the University of Guelph, adding marketing courses at Ryerson. After marrying Jed, she had two “perfect” daughters.  Jane’s career spans from being a Market Research Director, store owner, radio copywriter, marketing director, college business instructor, sign business partner and now she is the Manager and Business Consultant for The Business Enterprise Centre, City of Owen Sound.
	Kelly Biggar - Kelly has always been interested in wildlife art and this has translated into the creation of his own wildlife artistry over the years. This natural artistic ability, along with his formal college education in Graphic Design, gave him the notoriety as a talented member of the Concept Signs team when he joined in 1988. Being able to create a sign with a little something extra, interesting and exciting is as rewarding for Kelly as it is for Concept Signs customers.
	Patrick Callaghan - Part of the Concept team since 1996, Pat is a graduate of the Graphic Design Program of Georgian College. Specializing in fabrication, Pat recently completed training in AutoCAD. In his spare time, Pat is the editorial cartoonist for the Owen Sound Sun Times and also enjoys hiking and playing his guitar.
